German Fine Art Photographer seeks Marketing Assistant

Hello Freelancer-Community,

I look for assistance in intensifying my marketing efforts for maternity, newborn and children photography, consequently bringing bookings up to a totally new level. I want to become the trademark name for family photoshootings in my greater area (Augsburg/Munich/Bavaria) by the middle of 2014. I have a German and English website/blog with decent traffic (currently re-designing), SEO is in place. I am in my third season as (mainly) a wedding photographer, I have happy and returning clients and I love what I do. I simply want to do a lot more.

I need a truly committed and hungry person who delivers. Trustworthy, on-time. No excuses. A person with great enthusiasm for the job and impeccable manners - towards me and my business partners. Your skills: FLUENT in SPOKEN German, Open Office, Microsoft Office, telephone marketing skills. Creative thinker, pro-active. Eloquent and persuasive. Great follow-through. You would start immediately.

Your task in short (I have a much more detailed briefing for you, let me know if would like to receive it and I will provide you with it): Help me getting my name out. I anticipate to be fully booked - meaning 2 family shootings (maternity, newborn or children) per week for 45 weeks per year plus 15 weddings per year by the middle of 2014.

This requires:

1. For family photography (targeted area Bavaria):

A. Address research, telephone marketing, data entry in Excel professions. I will send marketing material (flyers) to the authorized addresses.

B. Get me published in children/family relevant press. Interviews welcome. Local press very welcome. Unlikely, but I might need help with the content.

C. Build up co-operations with hospitals/maternity wards for small permanent exhibitions of newborn photography.

D. Produce ideas for product placement with luxury hotels, foreigners, tourists, expats. I am bilingual and lived abroad - I would like to use that.

E. To be discussed: Facebook, Google+ and LinkedIn Marketing. Not high on the agenda, but if you are skilled and interested, lets talk.

2. For wedding photography (targeted area is Bavaria but also the rest of Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Build up co-operations with wedding vendors who will recommend me: wedding planers, bridal fashion stores, event locations.

Your reward:

I have worked with inhouse admin staff and virtual assistants (hourly rates). Both didn't earn their money's worth. Nowadays I prefer to work on a success based reward system. If you are interested in the job, I will give you specifics.

Life is a matter of choice, not a matter of chance. I prefer people thinking and living that way. Apart from that, I am open to and excited about whatever you bring to the table.

There will be a Non Disclosure Agreement in place and I must ask that it is strictly adhered to. Everything we discuss will be confidential and must not be posted in any social media platforms, forums, portals, portfolios, etc… without my explicit permission in writing.
