Project is for 1 week of cold/warm calling a list of targeted prospects and scheduling appointments. Target customers are Marketing / IT managers at medium sized companies and universities. Product is data cleansing software.
Goal for this project is a long term partnership consisting of sales/customer support/ and some outbound. Compensation long term would be a mix of commission and hourly rate. A successful week would consist of scheduling 4 solid qualified appointments at least 1 of which leads to a sale.
Provided: 1 Day of training including listening to past calls, reviewing the product, and discussing cold calling techniques and scripts
A list of 800 Potential Prospects, some past customers to follow up with for refferals
100% English Fluency
Knowledge of databases / Excel / data cleansing spreadsheets helpful
Excellent phone presence
Familiarity with data cleansing helpful (Example: Have you ever cleaned up a targeted call list)
Excellent cold calling ability
Ability to call the US and Canada with excellent phone quality and a professional environment.
Provide call logs for weekly discussion on number of calls/connects/appointments/sales and how we can improve those ratios through better prospect targeting/scripts/marketing/ etc/
Bonus Paid on any scheduled appointment that leads to a sale
