A cosmetic company is looking for customer service representative who can speak Vietnamese and English on the monthly base
The representative must:
1. Fluent in Vietnamese and can speak English
2. Know how to use computer and have access to email&fax&scanner
3. Be patient and have good attitude to help customers over the phone for ordering, sale entry, exchange & return, product questions and wholesale inquiries.
4. Have a good reception phone number to reach to during business hours (M-F 8-5pm Central Time) and must answer within 3 rings.
5. Have good communication skills to coordinate between the management, other customer service representative, store staff and warehouse staff to ensure all shipments are on time and accurate.
6. Must be able to work independently and have a good judgement.

Once you pass the phone interview, you will be hired immediately to served as our customer service representative. If you do a good job, we will hire you for long term and pay you each month after.
