I am looking for an English-speaking freelancer who can help us with rescheduling appointments for our medical spa. Your primary role will be to contact clients who have previously scheduled an appointment but didn't show up. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to clients to reschedule their missed appointments. - Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or issues effectively. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout the communications. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in making sale calls or appointment setting. - Strong persuasive skills is a must - you should be able to convince clients to reschedule their appointments. - Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. - Familiarity with VoIP services such as Skype or Zoom would be advantageous. This is a performance-based job, offering commissions for successfully rescheduling appointments. The hourly rate will start as low as $1 per hour, with the potential to earn more based on your performance. Hello Medical spa team, The method you are using to reach out to warm leads is absolutely perfect. I have done this earlier for Dumpster company Flood Brothers. Those business customers who have used FB dumpsters 4yd, 6 yd and 8 yd earlier and have since moved to other dumpster services- I would call them and ask for reasons why they moved and would offer them an incentive (prescribed by FB). The incentive will be mostly no fees for the first 3 months or a promise to no spike in monthly rates for a year. I can help you reach out to your customer who have already scheduled appointment and have since withdrawn. I will ask for reasons and then also offer any incentives you allow me to offer them. NOTE: I was using Dialpad App for making calls to US. It is a better option than Skype and Zoom. The data was entered into a CRM. Let me know your thoughts. Reply to me so we can initiate a chat.
