My company just launched a small insurance agency. Even though it is appointment setting and the list is warm leads, sales experience is required.
Leads, crm, web script, and online dialer provided, but more importantly so is training and personal goal setting.
This is a commission only position based on a completed 2 part sales cycle. This position covers step 1. The agency covers step 2. Appointments are made between 4-48 hours out from the first call.
There is a tiered commission structure that is very fair and motivating. The reason for the 2 part sale to be completed is aligning the goal of the setter and agent. It prevents unqualified bookings and lowers no shows. Much better results occur when the focus is on the close.
For that very reason I am only looking for one or two pefect candidates. The minimum pay weekly after training should lead to $500 wkly because that is the agent's same goal. You will have a partner willing to train and help you succeed, because the goal matches theirs.
Weekly earning potential is unlimited but the perfect candidate could averave between $500-$1200 weekly. This first caller for the agency will be in a good position to train and manage others with growth.
