Sydney based managed IT and Cloud Services Provider is looking for looking for a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a never quit mentality to set solid B2B appointments for our sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate as you will be a part of a growing company with enormous potential. You'll work closely with the sales team to generate qualified sales appointments from warm and cold lead data.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of B2B IT lead generation and be able to get on the phone and not be afraid of making cold calls. You will need to work unsupervised and have the ability to multitask, prioritise & work proactively.
Outbound calls to data list to setup appointments
Make appointments and diary management for the Sales Managers
Updating and maintaining the call logs and leads in the CRM database
Achieve a 20% hit rate (for example book 20 appointments out of 100 calls)
Email potential prospects about product
Monitor data list for call backs to create appointments for sales pipeline
Excellent spoken English, and professional phone manner
Confident nature and ability to communicate professionally via all methods.
Minimum 3 years of telemarketing experience in a B2B outbound sales environment
Ability to achieve Daily KPI's. Including making a high number of calls
Previous Appointment Setting and Lead Generation experience (i.e cold/warm calling)
Candidates with the following experience is preferred;
Previous experience in booking appointments for cloud based products e.g. Hosted Desktops, Mail as a service, Storage as a service, Infrastructure as a service
Previous experience in setting appointments for companies providing managed IT services
Understanding of cloud computing benefits, pros/cons
