I'm seeking a Sales rep VERY FLUENT in GREEK LANGUAGE, with a strong background in client communication tracking and lead conversion. The primary focus will be client conversion over Phone and Email. Key Responsibilities: - Very Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in Greek language (If you are not fluent in Greek do not apply). - Track and manage client communication through Phone and Email - Call leads and convert them into customers - Schedule follow-up calls to ensure continuous engagement with leads. - Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate client information. - Suggest follow-up strategies for leads. - Identify and address areas of improvement in communication protocols. - Provide daily reports on communication and conversion activities. - Conduct client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve services. - Coordinate with the marketing team to align messaging and strategies. Ideal Skills: - Willingness to learn from our way of client conversion, and replicated it successfully - Excellent communication skills - Prior experience in lead conversion - Proficiency in client communication tracking The project will utilize: - Mailchimp as a CRM - Microsoft XL for statistical tasks - MS Word for accessing the email templates and client conversion scripts.
