# Freelance Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive (Commission-Based) ## About Us We are a growing travel agency offering travel packages. We generate leads through our social media channels and receive regular inquiries from potential customers interested in our travel packages. ## Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive who can contact interested leads, explain our travel packages, answer basic questions, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. ## Responsibilities * Call leads provided by us through Excel sheets/CRM. * Explain travel packages, itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and offers. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages. * Follow up with interested prospects. * Handle objections and build trust with potential customers. * Maintain records of call outcomes and booking status. * Coordinate with our team for package details and booking confirmations. * Meet daily and weekly booking conversion targets. ## What We Provide * Complete lead database with contact details. * Travel package information and pricing. ## Requirements * Excellent communication and persuasion skills. * Fluent in English and/or regional languages. * Ability to independently manage follow-ups and conversions. * Access to a phone and stable internet connection. ## Compensation Performance-based compensation. You will be paid based on the number of successful bookings converted from the leads provided. We are looking for someone who is confident, target-driven, and capable of converting warm leads into confirmed bookings.
