We require 25 connected calls per telemarketing hour
(voicemail, wrong #’s, disconnected #’s, and busy #’s, are not counted).
Scripts, calling lists and training will be supplied.
Our VoIP must be used and we monitor and train through this service.
Your bid is for 10 hours of calling. A calling hour, as stated above, is 25 live contacts.
