We are looking for skilled people who can provide ISP telephone support to DSL users. You can be located anywhere and local hours are acceptable as support center is open 24x7.
We are looking for the following **native** speakers (in other words accent free):
Users needing support will call to a central number in the designated countries and will be reconnected to your number, this can either be a VoIP phone or traditional phone line. However quality will need to be checked prior to any commencement.
Hours are flexible - we are looking for either a price per call, per minute or a fixed rate for a number of hours per month. We work a rolling schedule per month; so operators can advise us of their availabiliy each month and calls will only be passed during those periods.
Training will be given, but at a minimum the operator must already know about Internet access including configuring a DSL router/modem, testing connections using ping and traceroute.
