We're looking to hire a part-time virtual office assistant to work from your home /office. Your home office must be equipped with a computer, Wi-Fi, and cell phone to make calls in US and assist with the following but are not limited to:
- Answering calls
- Scheduling sales rep for appointments
- Filing away documents
- Doing follow up calls with customers
- Mailing thank you letters to customers
*Extremely strong phone skills: ability to sell over the phone
*Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
*Must be computer literate, email, google drive, google docs, etc.
*Practices memorizes and internalizes scripts.
*Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
*Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
*Independent and self-motivated.
