Job Description:
Our company is a leading global e-commerce company with branches around the world. We are currently establishing a branch in the Philippines with a focus on customer service and marketing. We offer our team members excellent training and career opportunities.
We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented customer service agents to join our team. The daily tasks include answering inbound calls and providing appropriate solutions to customers, responding to customer questions from live chat and social media, and making outbound calls for telemarketing.
Qualifications for this position include excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, a minimum of one year of experience in phone customer service, the ability to learn quickly and absorb basic product knowledge for consumer products, good communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with Zendesk, and the ability to work in the US time zone.
If applying for the team leader position, team management experience is also required.
