We’re looking for someone who’s reliable and dedicated and ready to work. The job responsibilities are calling prospects to see if there is interest in selling their home. It means just having a conversation, gathering intel and building rapport, and then passing off the lead to the company. We want everyone who works for our company to succeed and enjoy the work. We make it fun and play games and really try to have a good time while making calls Must be English fluent speaking. Bilingual Chinese speaking preferred (Will pay extra) Must have good internet speed and a good microphone/headset Must be reliable and dedicated Experience using auto dialers highly sort after. Delivered several successfull projects to renowned realties like BCA, TrueStar Realty, Green Beacon Group, Realty One Group, Sudabey's and many others. I have a strong grip on dialing FSBO's, Cancelled, Withdrawn and Expired leads. As well as Circle prospecting for cash buyers, Zillow Flex and Custom pond calling. I know how to use all the CRM'S such as : 1. MOJO 2. PODIO 3. RING CENTRAL 4. HUBSPOT 5. FOLLOW UP BOSS & others.
