In this role, your focus will be on calling homeowners and engaging them to a live transfer to a licensed loan officer, using a predictive dialer. Requirements for this position: Fluent in English - Write and Speak well (Minimal to no accent) Persuasive, amiable, self-motivated, and goal oriented Proficient in Email and CRM High-Speed Internet - 5mpbs + plan Must have 2 year + sales experience Organized and detail-oriented Team-oriented, adaptable and accountable Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Updates and maintains database Webcam and Good Headset Must be able to work efficiently Be Fast learner Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Paid time off Performance Bonus Work from Home Pay: Starting Wage $4.50 per hour Full Time $10 Bonus per Live Transfer $150 Bonus per Closed Transaction Average Monthly Pay for Inside Sales Agent is $1,720 per month Interested?
