We are a real estate company in Turkey and we help holiday home buyers and property investors from around the world to buy property in Turkey.
We are looking for a Real Estate- Inside Sales Agent (ISA) Caller for a long term relationship.
Person will be responsible for Sending emails , calling leads in database to reactivate and also calling NEW leads generated.
Required experience:
-Strong Russian and English skills
-Cold calling/sales calling / TeleMarketing
Extra consideration for candidates with:
- Real Estate experience and Turkey Knowledge
We will provide:
-Dialer
-CRM
-Training on sales script
Ideal communication method after hiring:
-Skype
On top of the hourly wage we are providing a bonus for each appointment booked AND for each each closed deal from appointment booked.
BONUS structure:
50$ bonus for each sale that came from your follow up.
Looking to hire 2 person to start working asap.
Note : You need to be available to work on Turkey time zone 09:00 to 21:00 ( depends on your shift )
