Job Description:
We are seeking a proven and experienced Telephone Sales Representative to join our Law Firm based Debt Invalidation company. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in fields such as Debt Settlement, Debt Consolidation, Debt Invalidation, Credit Repair, and Debt Collections. This is not a customer support position, as the Telephone Sales Representative will be responsible for actively engaging with clients, overcoming objections, and performing a sales pitch to secure a legal services agreement for our debt invalidation services.
Job Responsibilities:
• Contact clients who have had their monthly payments returned as NSF (Non Sufficient Funds) and speak to them about rescheduling their payment or providing an alternative payment method to resolve the NSF.
• Be extremely familiar with our services and be able to explain all of its benefits in convincing the client to resolve their payment issue.
• Update Freshworks, FreshSales Suite CRM with appropriate information and notes on the call after the client has resolved their payment issue.
• Contact clients who have cancelled our monthly services and explain the benefits of our program in an effort to convince them to re-enroll.
