USA cleaning service company is seeking is admin/virtual assistant to help assist with a variety of tasks including outbound sales calls to current customers in our database, marketing emails to customers, text messaging to customers, helping answer the phones part-time for a few days during the week, entering in new bookings into our system, checking in with customers confirming appointments, etc.
Job can be done remotely. We are on eastern standard time. Must speak good english and have excellent communication skills when speaking with customers and good prompt communication when working with the owner and other members on our admin staff. Big plus if you have previous experience with sales calls and getting new customers and helping retain current customers! Non pressure working environment just seeking a go-getter who can help us win back previous customers and help with a variety of normal admin type tasks for a company.
