Telemarket our Virtual Service to UK & US businesses

Hi there, I am working on an ongoing project business development for an offshore outsourcing company. I have worked wth the company for 4 years so i am confident about the abilities of the company and what they can do, hence why i am involved in the business development side. However, Telesales/Telemarketing/Lead Generation is not a service the outsourcing company offers. So i need some experts to join me on marketing the services to UK and USA businesses. One of the sub projects i am working on is targeting Ebay businesses. Another project is where i am targetting recruitment agents. and many others. This project will not be paid on hourly or per call basis, as that is not what i am looking for. I am looking for people who can understand the outsourcing business (i will educate you as much as i can), and also have believe that you can get results. On that basis we are offering a handsome FEE PER ACQUISITION of $40 per acquisition. Which you will agree is covers your costs of trying a prospoect over and over again, as well as giving you a handsome profit. Naturally some prospects are harder than others to convince. What is an acquisition? To be clear, an acquisition is when you have convinced a client to TRY outsourcing with us. NOT when they say "this sounds interesting, tell me more". I can of course take part in the process with you, for instance when you ahve a very warm lead that you want me to take over and educate the prospect in detail. I am pretty good at converting customers myself. Personally i manage to conver 70% of leads that i get. Let me know if you have any questions, this project can start as soon as you are ready.
