- Native Turkish Speaker with a working knowledge of English
- Has a certain experience in outbound call support, sales
- Strong sense of responsibility and call skills
- Good network conditions and good knowledge of computer skills
- Flexible hours and willing to work on shifting schedule (40 working hours per week)
- Prior experience in call center preferred
