I would like to have a form. The main inputs will be "site name" and "email address." There will be some other inputs. All of the inputs will need to be captured in a database that can be exported to excel.
If the user says the site name is Pizza, the script will create:
[url removed, login to view]
It will then copy the entire directory (consisting of several files, folders and sub folders) located at [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view]
Once this has been done successfully, it will send an email to the "email address" and to my email address that follows a template that I specify. I should be able to create a SMARTY or similar type of template so that I can include the items input on the form in the email.
It will write to a database in the column the date and time stamp that the site was successfully created.
