The specific technical risk is accommodating the clubfoot bracing within a premium sleep sack, so I build this using a wider, internally reinforced leg channel, also ensuring it lays flat when the bracing is removed. I will deliver a tech pack with clear pattern diagrams and construction details for both the 0.5 TOG and 3.5 TOG versions, naming all materials and trims. Will the target age range require different width ratios for the leg channel? I need final measurements for the bracing system before I can begin.
