My new apparel line is ready to move from tech pack to bulk runs, and this project covers every practical step between. The scope centres on three key areas: • Material sourcing – I need you to identify and vet reliable fabric and trim suppliers that match my spec sheets, then present a short-list with MOQs, lead times, and pricing so I can make informed decisions. • Approve sampling – coordinate proto and pre-production samples, check that construction, fit and colour meet spec, and keep me updated with concise visual reports before sign-off. • Quality check & control – once production starts, devise an inline and final-inspection checklist, spot-check factories (remote video or on-site if you’re local), and issue QC summaries that tie back to AQL standards. The immediate priority is supplier discovery and negotiation, so strong relationships in textile hubs and a sharp eye for fabric quality are essential. Fluent English, clear documentation, and responsiveness through the usual collaboration tools (email, WhatsApp, Google Drive) will keep the schedule on track. Deliverables I expect: 1. Supplier comparison sheet with contact data, sample costs, and terms. 2. Photo-rich sample review for each development round, including your pass/fail notes. 3. Final QC report per style before goods leave the factory. If you already have a trusted mill or CMT workshop you’re willing to recommend, mention it when you respond.
