3D Structure design

Hi Alfarei, If is ok for you I decided to divide the work in 4 step: 1_"Cad Plan": as agreed on chat this is the first step, to define the furniture distribution/zoning of the project and simple material palette for the project, 7 days; 2_"Middle-work - Simple 3D file and views study": this part is the middle and second step of the project, to show you the 3D, without texture or with simple material, to study the images view to the different areas. when we are happy with the view you can release the milestone and I proceed with the step 3 (I consider the views chosen in this step almost final) . 9/12 days; 3_"3D development with texture and materials": in this step I will apply the materials in the scene (chosen in the step 1) and develop these to make it final with the views chosen in the "step 2", it is the most hard step for me, so it can take a lot of time, I think 10/15 days; 4_"Final 3D with post production, clean version": in this step I'll do the post-production, really necessary for a good render, "clean version" is one image without my logo and watermark above, I'll send to you these images after the milestone is releasing. 2/3 days; ATTENTION: I'll start single step ONLY WHEN MILESTONE IS CHARGED on freelancer.com, you can deposit all the 4 milestone together or 1 by 1, for me is the same, I can't touch the money until you are happy and u release it, for my personal experience this is the better way to work. thanks a lot, I'm waiting for you Regards, JF
