We ask for bids to produce four 3D animations. All four 3D animations must be able to be displayed in a Windows Form created by Microsoft Visual Studio. We do not mind what tool you use to create the animation.
Each animation must (i) be lip-sync’d with an audio .wav file that we shall provide to you and (ii) display the text (which we shall also supply) of the .wav file where our customer wishes not to hear any sound but instead wishes to read what the 3d animation is saying.
Each 3D animation is of a Sergeant Major in the British Army dressed in an appropriate Sergeant Major uniform including a cap and with a moustache.
The four animations are of:
The Sergeant Major marching in from ‘stage left’ to the centre of the window in which the animation appears where he stamps his boots to stop marching, turns his body to face the user and then, depending on how we wish to use the 3D animation on a user-by-user basis , lip-syncs with the .wav file and plays the .wav file that we shall supply to you or (ii) moves his lips in the same manner lip-sync’ing with the .wav file but without any sound being made and, instead, a text bubble should appear next to his mouth with the text bubble containing the text of the .wav file which we shall also provide to you.
Same as (1) above, but with the Sergeant Major walking in from ‘stage right’.
Sitting at his desk where, after two seconds, he looks up to face the user and then the same as (1) above.
Leans in from the side of the window in which the animation appears so that the user can see only his waist, upper body and head and then the same as (1) above.
It is vital that the four animations be easily included in an application being developed in Microsoft managed code using the latest version of Microsoft Visual Studio.
We welcome all bids and request links to previous 3D animations that you have created.
