Need an animated HTML5/CSS/JQ webpage header that describes a product.

Need a animated banner written in HTML5 or similar technologies. Must be multi platform compatible (No flash) and must not be a rendered video (ie AVI, MPG etc) Animation is for new software targeted at video games that is intended to allow previously incompatible gaming devices to work with previously incompatible games. Target style is vector cartoon looking (sample image with somewhat the target look attached) with an embedded element of pixel art. Storyboard is as follows; -View of gamer sitting at computer with game pad visually frustrated. Captioning text "Tired of your favorite devices not working with your favorite games?". -Cut to shot of computer screen with pixel art game on screen (or other visually different art style from rest of animation), gamepad in gamers hands in foreground, gamers is furiously moving controls on gamepad while sprite in game on computer screen looks to be waiting impatiently (perhaps arms crossed or throws arms in air) -Cut back to gamer now more aggravated, perhaps throws or smashes controller in frustration. -Cut back to screen depicting the notion of downloading and installing our product (logos will be supplied by us) Captioning text "InputMapper was designed to bridge the gap between various devices" -Cut back to loop of gamer now happily playing game. Captioning text "Download InputMapper now and take control of your controller." Other requirements: Background must be transparent or limited so it blends onto the page header without a noticeable threshold or border
