I need the parts of an optical element modeled for 3D-printing which can redirect light into any given direction and angle.
The target is to do the 3D-modelling for a optical element so that it can be printed with a 3D-printer. When looking at the attached picture you'll see that there are two separate circular elements that need to be printed. The lower one is static and doesn't move. It just has the holder for a mirror which will be sled into those holders in 45 degree. Moreover it has a rectangle opening approximately at the size of the mirror where light can enter the optical element. Finally the lower circular element has a holder for a motor M1 which hasn't been defined yet. This motor is used to turn the top circular element around it's own axis. This second circular element should be connected in a way to the lower circular element so that it can be stick into it and turn without any problems. The solution should be modeled by the selected freelancer. The top circular element also contains some mechanics to hold and turn a second mirror by a certain degree. A second holder on the outside holds the motor M2 which turns this mirror. A big rectangle opening is to be made in the second circular element so that light can exit the optical element.
For questions regarding the concept please ask. The target is just to deliver a 3D-modell with approx dimensions. I want to change the dimensions later to my needs. 3 parts need to be modeled (the lower circular element, the top circular element and the holder for the second mirror wich will be mounted into the top circular element)
