We are looking for a 3D artist/studio to model a 3D environment (see attached image!) for a 3D game.
The theme is near photo-realistic simulation of the scene pictured on the attached image, rendered in our game engine real-time.
The environment in the game engine will be totally walkable and zoomable. (Also human 3D characters will be placed and controlled on the scene during the gameplay.)
All usual professional techniques and methods will be needed for a successful delivery of this project; a few of them include hard surface modelling, uv mapping, light mapping, keeping polygon number in constraints, knowledge of advanced shader- and lighting techniques, producing maps for shaders, partial baking of light into texture, capability of working with 2 UV sets, etc.

Modelling tool should be 3ds Max (or Blender, Maya, etc. if you can export the artwork into Max).
