Add animation to my real video of drive-thru location

I need an animation rendering in my real life video of a drive thru (bank like drive-thru) in a specific location in the video for about 15 seconds. This is a property for I am selling for a client and I am showing prospective buyers what the space can look like. I would like it to look realistic. I have raw aerial video with moving traffic on the ground around this corner location. There is no movement in the location of cars on the actual lot. I am providing an image of the location attached. Your work will show cars going into the location of business and exiting. Entry from the Northwest entrance and exiting on the Southwest exit. So cars are pulling in going through the drive-thru and others exiting. Other cars parked some parking spaces. The drive thru does not have to be very complex but the roof should say “Your Drive-thru business” in text. The lot should have some palm trees on the outside edge of the lot and other landscaping to make it look nice. I have the raw MTS file for the video. I will share via Dropbox. It is over 1 GB in size but again only around 15 seconds will be used. The aerial can be stabilized and it is already very stable. Taken with a drone helicopter and a go pro. I want the clip back in MP4 format at HD 1080. You can see by the photos attached there are 2 buildings on the lot. You will render 1 building with a drive-thru on the entire lot. I am not looking for someone who needs me to walk through every detail. I want a professional who knows what a drive-thru bank is and looks like. You must do the work efficiently and at a reasonable cost. You will also be providing from 2 photos attached renderings from the ground as well. One rendering of the drive-thru and another of a Pharmacy (like a CVS store but smaller) both will say " your business" as the name. You will show cars and people and will be more detailed to show the outside of the store and drive-thru. Not too detailed but a rough idea to show what the space can look like.
