For an academic project, we are looking to do 3D analysis solving the Poisson equation and dynamics of DC characteristics of a MOSFET based on a 2D hole gas channel with Comsol Multiphysics.
As a first milestone we wish to run such simulation with drain-source only of such 2D hole gas to see how the contacts and interface parameters optimization are affecting the I-V curves.
As a second milestone we wish to run the simulation with a gate and see the entire MOSFET output characteristics.
This project aims to simulate the Drain-Source and MOSFET behavior of semiconductors with special physical properties with Comsol Multiphysics
