Architectural plan / interior and exterior 3D design and animation

I am looking for someone with architectural and advanced software skill to draw up architectural floor plans, rendering of interior and exterior 3d designs of a house and produce an animation of it all. The house will be on four floors made up of: • An underground basement with multi-purpose hall, cinema room, two standard rooms, a lobby and two stair cases for access • A street level ground floor with an office suite, and two guest rooms to the front, an indented (lowered) lounge that occupies most of the middle and with some short stairs back to the street level dinning room at the left of the lowered lounge. There shall also be a glass stairway for accessing the underground and upstairs from the lounge. In addition, there will be a street level fabulous and large kitchen towards the back that incorporates a posh sitting area and linked to storage, utility and access to the back end of the house which has a leisure essence around a twined swimming pool and barbeque area. • A first floor incorporating a hollowed out area over the downstairs lounge, a gallery around the hollowed out area overlooking the lounge, master suite wrapped around the front aspect and the hollowed out areas and incorporating kitchenette, study, bedroom and an out of this world toilet and walk-in wardrobe sections, four other ensuite bed rooms and a spiral flight of glass stairs to the second floor. • A second floor with a dome ceiling for the lounge, undeveloped canvass space, greenhouse roof and toughened transparent / translucent walls.
