Architectural presentation professionals for: Rendering, postproduction, 3d modelling, diagramming..

Good day to all professionals.
I am an architect that works all projects on BIM softwares and manage everything I will mention on this announce. Since my work is getting heavy with time I am in the search of talented professionals that can help me with it.
They should be managing production and postproduction of architecture models. Therefore, I am looking for 2 to 3 people that can manage with talent, creativity, ability, proactivity and efficency work such as the following:
- Renders: creation of interior/exterior perspective renders with 3d Max and/or Lumion
-Postproduction: 2d and 3d postproduction of Floor plans, sections, elevations, site plans, renders.(Creating a render looking image from a 3d image in the style you master: realistic, artistic, collage pr any other style)
-Axonometric projections: Sections, perspective sections, floor plans, 3d model, 3d model exploded..
-3d Models: start from scratch or edit models on Revit. Experience on BIM fully deleveloped projects.
-diagrams, architecture panel design, illustrative explanations on projects, or any other creative presentation made on computer.
I don't need that one people gets to manage all, it would be perfect if so because they can be my second hand on projects but if not, I am looking for someone that can MASTER their field since I am planning on giving full responsibility with each creation and it will work out if we are as perfectionist on the things we do.
