From a skp i provide that gives volumes for 2 houses, do in sketchup first some modifications to the roof and elevation of the main house, then texture and render following my precise indications based on pics of existing vietnamese tradional buildings i will provide. Render is to be reasonably realistic. Please make sure you bid only if you are able to deliver on the requirements! Instructions type for the main house is as follows: skp and references pics are attached : make it local changes main house: 1/ Awnings and roofs changes: please see the 3 drawings P8, P9, P10 that should be sufficient to be able to do those changes measures are as follows: Elevation: Levels: 1st level: 0+370 cm 2nd level 370 + 350 cm = 720 cm 3nd level: 720+ 280 = 1000cm Terrasse railguard: 700 of roof and 30cm of cornice Awnings: Lower awning: From 240 to 370 (130) Middle awning (pool side): 590 to 770 (180) Middle roof from 590 to 1000 (410cm) Top roof: from 900 to 1070 (170) Cornice: from 1070 to 1200 (30) 2/ decoration, rendering, texture Roof and cornice render: Awnings have wooden holders as you can see in references, <pic 2> both in angles and every 4 to 5 meters. This means that we will have 3 on small side facades and 4 on large one. Awnings have wooden down decorative eaves as hien an. <pic1> Roofs and awnings: brownish yellowish tiles similar an hien house <pic1>. The cornices are white stucco with some dragons deco here and there similar the references specially an hien house<pic1>. They apply to all roof hedges like in reference and including the terrace railguards (that they will replace compared to current). On roof top make it 100 cm only, not 150 as current. Elevations: GF (first level): classical wood color doors and wooden columns , mix yellow coated bricks (like in hien lam) <pic3> Poolside: as currently is Garden side : 2 hien an type windows <pic 6> and around them, near angles two built in opening like on hien lam GF<pic3> Street side and back side : hiên an type Windows <pic4> Second level: All wood, reddish color, not bright, similar Minh Lau pavilion <P4>, opening like Minh Lau <P7>, separated by fixed wood and wooden awning holders, all same red with faded gold as in hien lam <pic4> Blacony similar to Hien lam <pic3> Third level (pool side): Opening fan looking like in Minh Lau pavilion (on pool side) : two of them, same reddish <pic4> Gates : please refer to pic sent <pic5>: this will give you reference of main gate.
