By the way, you are missing 3 dimensions in order to fully define part. first dimension is vertical distance of 2 1/2 radius circle, second dimension is horizontal dimension of same circle, and third dimension is radius between that circle and 1/2 inch halfcircle. and you also need angle on which is this big circle cutted.
