I’m making a simple mobile RPG game and I need some 3D assets optimised for mobile devices (low poly count, simple shaders, no textures where possible - unless you suggest something amazing which could make huge visual difference).

The aim of this project is to create terrain assets as listed below:
1. Two ground tiles: grass (light and dark), tile size is 1.5 units (Unity)
- straight edge tiles
- corner edge tiles
2. Three types of trees (3 colour variations per tree), I expect 9 different Unity materials, 3 for each tree or one material where I can change color value (supplied by you) for each variation
3. Water tiles:
- water inner tiles
- ground edge tiles (ground close to water, so the gap between water and ground is not visible)
4. Three types of stones or other obstacles
If getting the desired look turns out to be difficult or impossible with that tile distribution, I can always add more tile types to suit additional cases: special edge tiles, additional corners, half size triangle tiles between corners, etc.
I’ve attached Unity (version 5.3.21f) project with template environment already set up, so you can see what is actually required. To find out which tile is which just select it in scene view and check the name.
Your job would be:
1. create assets as specified
2. export assets as FBX and import into Unity,
3. (if using Cinema 4D) provide source assets,
4. use those assets in template project, so the end result can be easily previewed.
I’ll also need pickups (chest, coins, weapons) and characters with animations, so there is a chance of more work if you’re interested. Although this will be posted as separate project.

The bid is higher than the budget due to the number of assets and need for materials/integration into the unity project. The long duration is because I anticipate back-and-forth between us over the assets, and want the best result regardless of time. If you're pressed for time, I can work faster.
I have four years of schooling with the Autodesk and Adobe Suites and some training with Zbrush.
Just gimme a poly count and a concept and I'll make something to match it. Also, this kind of art style is very appealing to me.
