Have a mechanical engineering background with strong working experience in real-world Electronics design and Plastics design. Worked in medical device R&D for about 3 yrs. Finally took the jump to entrepreneurship and have been working on my own projects/products for the last 3 yrs. Coming across you project requirement, I felt excited about the material choices to be made to ensure you get a great prototype in 3D print. I believe, we can use a flexible polymer and standard resin blend to prototype your part using an SLA process. Considering your part size, I thing we would need equipment with a resolution of 400 microns or lower. I have the 3D Printer in-house too. Let me know if you are interested in talking further.

We are also happy to do iterations of the print so that you have a multiple copies of the part to choose from. Bid price is inclusive of the 5 iterations.
