I want to overhaul the way I organise my day so that my calendar stops feeling like a never-ending stream of appointments and starts working as a true decision-making tool. My main objective is better time management, and the part that consistently trips me up is deciding which tasks deserve attention first. Even with diligent calendar scheduling, I still catch myself shuffling items around or losing focus when something unexpected pops up. Here’s what I’m after: a practical, repeatable prioritisation framework that plugs straight into my existing calendar workflow (Google Calendar and Outlook are both in play). I’d like clear guidance on how to rank tasks in real time, carve out protected focus blocks, and adjust on the fly without derailing the whole week. If you have experience introducing methods such as Eisenhower Matrix, MoSCoW, or other evidence-based models, that’s a plus—what matters most is that the system is lightweight enough for daily use yet robust enough to keep me on track for deadlines. Deliverables: • A step-by-step prioritisation method tailored to my current calendar-centric system • A sample week scheduled in either Google Calendar or Outlook that demonstrates the new approach • A short reference guide (PDF or Google Doc) outlining rules of thumb for handling incoming tasks and interruptions • A 30-minute follow-up session to fine-tune anything after I’ve tested the method for a few days I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on an approach and timeline.
