Autobiography on my parents

My parents are Asian and Cantonese speaking. As a personal project I want to write a short book on their life and have it passed down and share to the family. I'm unsure where to start but if anyone willing to take on this project we can discuss how to approach this. My idea the book writer will have to inquiry and ask them in Cantonese of personal questions they are willing to share. Then they will have to write up the book. The book can be in Chinese.
