Hiring Job Title: Soft Skill Trainer Location: Hyderabad Duration: 5months (contract) Experience:Min 2 years TFA will not be provided Job Summary: The Soft Skill Trainer will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs focused on enhancing communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, time management, and other essential soft skills. This role involves assessing employee needs, customizing workshop content, and facilitating sessions to improve overall workplace effectiveness and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and conduct soft skill training sessions and workshops for employees at various levels • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with management • Create customized training materials and activities aligned with organizational goals • Facilitate interactive and experiential learning sessions to boost participants’ engagement • Coach employees individually or in groups to address specific skill gaps • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics • Collaborate with HR and department heads to integrate soft skills development into talent management initiatives • Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in soft skills training and incorporate best practices Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred) • Proven experience in delivering soft skills training programs • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies • Ability to design training content tailored to different audiences and cultural contexts • Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery Skills and Attributes: • Empathy and strong listening skills • Patience and adaptability • Confidence and motivational abilities • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage group dynamics effectively
