Medicaid Claims Processing Training

I need a knowledgeable trainer to walk me through the end-to-end workflow of Medicaid insurance claims. My principal goal is to master claim submission and get comfortable with denial management so I can handle them confidently in a real billing environment. Here’s what I’d like the engagement to cover: • A clear, step-by-step overview of how a Medicaid claim is built, scrubbed, and transmitted, including the forms, fields, and 837 file structure I’ll see every day. • Hands-on practice submitting sample claims, correcting common errors, and reconciling 835 remits. • In-depth guidance on denial codes, root-cause analysis, and the appeal cycle so I can turn around rejections quickly. I am a board certified behavior analyst and have clinical experience from almost 20 years & have opened my own applied behavior analysis company. I will be dealing with South Carolina Medicaid and MCO’s and CIGNA. Please outline how many hours or sessions you think this will take, which software or clearinghouse demos you plan to use, and the format of the practice files you’ll provide.
