Filipino Language - Transcriber Needed

Hello Everyone,
We have a new transcription-annotation project available that requires transcription, annotation, time segmentation of Filipino audios as per style guide. Each audio is generally of 15-30 mins. and approx time taken to complete one 1 audio minute is 10-15 real minutes.
Project Overview :
1. All Filipino content should be transcribed in Filipino script
2. Need to follow annotation/transcription for specific segments as per style guide.
Project Requirement :
1. Transcriber should have strong command in Filipino Language.
2. Can read, write in Filipino
3. Better if you know English at-least. This is needed for understanding common English words used in Filipino locale.
4. Interested to work at-least 30-40 hours weekly, preferably more.
5. Need to have high speed internet connectivity.
Qualification:
Need to pass two stage examination :

c. You will be paid USD 5 as part of qualification once you pass the test and work with us.
Payment: Please bid between INR 2000-4800 for an Audio Hour
Payment Terms:
1. Payment will be paid every month for successful completion of audio. ( Equivalent milestone will be created )
2. In case of any rework, payment will be placed once upon the completion of rework only.
