I am looking to translate my book, The Director in the Classroom: How Filmmaking Inspires Learning, into Spanish for use in Latin American countries.
The book's audience is teachers who are interested in using filmmaking as a way to engage student learning in the classroom by having students create videos.
The book is aprox 40,000 words, or 55 pages, including about 15 charts, checklists and forms, and quotations.
The book is more storytelling than technical, and I think it would benefit from a translator with an arts/education background and who has an interest in filmmaking.
I will provide a PDF of the English version as well as a hardcopy of the existing book if requested.
The translated document may be submitted in word or google doc format.
The forms may be submitted in word and PDF format.
The translation is required for a maximum of 2 weeks.
