Translation of Manual (Chinese to English)

I need a total of 20 pages to be translated from Simplified Chinese to English.
1 booklet is a machine manual, the second is a booklet of meridian treatment.
The manuals contain pictures, it would be good if you are able to insert the words back into the pictures after translations using Photoshop or other editing software. Although, if your bid is competitive, I may consider just translation without the Photoshop component.
Contextual translation would be much appreciated, i.e, please do not translate it literally- translate it for English speakers to use and understand.
As such, knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine would be helpful. The person/persons taking up the project should be effectively bilingual, and can write error-free and easy to read, yet correct English.
