Once we exchange IDs and sign a brief confidentiality agreement, we will work entirely over the phone. During each call you will walk me through the relevant pages, line by line, explaining ownership details, mutations, and any remarks that could affect the deal. A solid grasp of Khewat is essential, and familiarity with Khasra and Khatauni terms will let us double-check cross-references if they come up. I don’t need a formal translation; I need accurate real-time interpretation so I can make informed decisions while negotiating.
