We are UniqSoftware ([login to view URL]) and we are currently hiring agents to give support installing Windows / Office or solving any installation issues via Chat / Phone / Email to our customers (We provide the system for helpdesk support) IN JAPANESE. So, you should be able to speak to your fellow agents in English and take care of the Japanese customers.
We want to hire one or two people Japanese native speakers for take care for all the Japanese customers, first you must translate our website into Japanese and translate our Ads. After you finish that, you'll receive 5% to 10% of the incomes from Japan.
1) JAPANESE-ENGLISH SPEAKING: Japanese must be fluent enough to give support via phone and the orthography MUST be really good (preferably of Japanese as mother tongue).
2) EXPERT INSTALLING WINDOWS/OFFICE: You must help customers to install and solving any issues with Microsoft products such as Office / Windows for PCs & Servers.
3) READY TO WORK IN THE SCHEDULE GIVEN: I need you to work WITHOUT INTERRUPTION. We will be supervising your schedule online, We don't like missed calls or chats in the system. You must be online in the time we agree. Be ready to work in schedules like:
- From Monday to Friday (8 Hours - 5 days)
- From Wednesday to Sunday (8 Hours - 5 days)
- From Monday to Saturday (6 Hours a Day - 6 days)
- From Tuesday to Sunday (6 Hours a Day - 6 days)
4) READY TO LEARN: You need to learn our helpdesk support system and that will take some time. So we need somebody quick-learner because we don't have too much time.
