Twilio WhatsApp Marketing Integration

I need my Twilio account fully set up to send WhatsApp marketing messages. The goal is to run automated campaigns that pull customer data from simple CSV uploads and merge-in personalized fields before each send. Here’s the flow I have in mind: • Upload a CSV, validate the numbers, and map at least three custom columns (name, promo code, expiry date). • Create and store message templates that inject those variables so every recipient gets a unique, personalized note. • Schedule the campaign or trigger it immediately through a small web dashboard or a CLI script—whichever gets me to production faster. Twilio’s official WhatsApp Business API must be used so messages stay compliant. I already hold the phone number and Facebook Business verification; you just need to link everything, obtain template approval, and prove that a test CSV can broadcast without errors. Deliverables 1. Twilio console configured for WhatsApp sender, templates approved. 2. Code (Python, Node.js, or PHP) that: – accepts CSV import/export, – creates an audience list, – launches automated, personalized sends, – logs delivery status to a simple report. 3. Quick README so I can redeploy or edit templates myself. I’ll sign off once a sample 50-contact campaign sends successfully and the status report shows delivery or failed-number reasons.
