Need to build a load balanced docker swarm for testing purpose

I have 3 servers hosted on amazon running on Ubuntu. I have a docker image that needs to be setup on the 3 servers with 1 server as the docker manager and the other 2 servers as nodes. What I need done is 2 things.

1. Setup load balancing on the servers so that if I access any server via the public IP address I would need to get the service irrespective of whether it is having the container or not. The service is a syslog collector running on port 514.

2. Document the steps for future cases.

This is actually a testing environment. The aim of the exercise is to document the steps so that I can replicate the same in the future for live environments.
