Hello, I will deliver Phase 1 UX/UI and analysis for THTC+, covering iOS mobile and the web dashboard. The work includes a PDF Functional Requirements Document clarifying user roles (user, trainer, organization admin) and all flows; complete end-to-end user journeys for mobile onboarding, workouts, analytics, and joining organizations, plus web trainer flows. I will provide black-and-white wireframes for all screens and three high-fidelity color screens (mobile workout tracking, web trainer dashboard, and user analytics). All deliverables will be organized in a clean Figma file with interaction notes. The scope excludes full UI for every screen, iOS development, backend work, and platform integrations; Phase 1 focuses on UX/UI and analysis to lay a solid foundation for the next phase. I will work within the fixed $400 and deliver in 8–10 days. What are the primary user roles and their priorities for this Phase 1 scope?
