Looking for a unity 3d developer

Hello, I need a 3d Unity Environment. The environments I need are a beach, a coral reef, a forest, and a visitors center. What I'm trying to create is a 3d world where visitors to my website can use a web browser to walk on the beach, see some fish swimming, or swim by a coral reef. And I want a visitor center where people can read about the beach and the coral reef, see some surf boards and snorkling gear.
It's very simple, there's really no game play, just a walk in the forest, on the beach or other location and look around.
We already have HDRI images to represent these worlds, so we mostly need help putting them into Unity and viewable w/ a web browser.
