Remap 3D Mask onto my Head in Video

I did a 3 minute dance video and want you to map my existing 3D Mask onto my face. The Mask is 3D object in Unreal Engine 4. But you can use what every application you want. I need at the end the final video in best quality. It must be super fitted, you can use automatic trackers and optimized rest by hand no problem. Sometimes I move my hands before my head and look to the side or turn around. So not everytime tracking will work, but must of the time. Let's talk and I share my files with you! Thanks.
