Its a sonar/echolocation, which I want to spawn anywhere in the world which then creates this effect from the "spawn" point. In need to control how fast the wave goes and how far via a script. The world will be dark, and the player can only see whenever there is a sonar/echolocation. Include in your message/proposal 5 + 3 = ?
This needs to be working with the Universal Render Pipeline to make it work for an Oculus Quest title.
